EPA Lawsuit: Waters of the US
ACI, along with a handful of other Arizona and New Mexico business groups, is suing the EPA over its overreaching new rules under the Clean Water Act and the definition of "Waters of the United States"

EPA Ozone Requirements
ACI submitted a letter to the White House on July 31, 2015, in opposition to the EPA's proposed new ground-level ozone requirements

7/31/2015
EPA: Waters of the US
ACI submitted formal comments in opposition to the EPA's and Army Corps of Engineers' proposed rule definition of Waters of the United States under the Clean Water Act.

7/14/2015
DoL: Fiduciary Investment Advice and ERISA
ACI submitted a letter to the U.S. Secretary of Labor expressing concerns over the Department's proposal to change the definition of fiduciary investment advice under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).

ACI signed on to a letter from state chambers across the US in opposition to the EPA's expansive Waters of the US rule.
